Couler Substack
2026 time to expand.
1. Why this, why now?
Just before Christmas, I published my 167th newsletter on LinkedIn. It’s been a joy, a weekly rhythm of reflection, creativity, and connection. But over time, I’ve realised that LinkedIn isn’t the right home for the kind of writing I want to do next.
Substack is.
This space gives me the freedom to go deeper, to write longer, and to build a more intentional community around the ideas I care about: creativity, clarity, energy, and the art of leading well.
I’m also creating new digital tools, frameworks, and resources and this is where they’ll live.
2. The kind of community I’m looking to build.
I’d like this to be a space for people who are curious about creativity, as a skill to be recovered and also as a way of being.
A place for those who care about strategy, people, and process. But who also sense there’s something deeper beneath the surface, the gaps where thing fall through such as culture, communication and caring.
For anyone exploring how to lead with more energy, live with more clarity, and approach work (and life) with a ‘semi’ Taoist mindset: less force, more flow.
There’s no fixed agenda here. Just a rhythm of ideas, reflections, and tools that might help you reconnect with what matters and move through your work and life with a little more ease.
3. What’s in it for me and you?
I’ll be writing here weekly, usually on Fridays, with reflections, frameworks, and provocations around:
Creativity in leadership and life
Strategy, People, and Process (with soul)
Energy as a leadership asset
Taoist-inspired clarity in a noisy world
Stories from my work, travels, and workshops
Free subscribers will receive:
Weekly essays
Access to selected tools and practices
Invitations to live sessions and experiments
Paid subscribers will get:
Full access to all archives
Exclusive longform pieces and The Creative Tao verse commentaries
Early access to digital products
Behind-the-scenes on my book, workshops, and frameworks. Such as the Mini Creative MBA.
Occasional voice notes and audio reflections
This space is for thoughtful leaders, curious creatives, and anyone seeking clarity in motion.

There's so much more room for long form quality content on Substack. This was a great move for you :)
